Use Instructions
Apply the powder directly to the skin or over makeup with a kabuki brush. We recommend using the PXP Pressed Powders dry, especially over the PXP Soft Metallic Yellow Schmink. Please note that if you use a damp brush or brush, the powders cannot be used dry.
