Application instructions
Preparation:
Remove the latex prosthesis from the box and place it on the skin to check that the edges fit snugly.
Determine where the prosthetic will be glued.
Preparing the skin tone:
Lightly apply red to areas that need to be skin-toned (except for the edges) to suggest a natural, flushed complexion.
Use Grimas Special Effects Powder 504 or a red Grimas Eyeshadow/Rouge with a sponge or powder brush.
Then apply the desired shade of Crème Make-up Pure or Camouflage Make-up Pure, either directly from the stick or with a spatula.
For bright colors: use Grimas Crème Make-up Pure.
Shape and Fixation:
Place a small wad of cotton in the nose to maintain its shape and absorb perspiration.
Apply Grimas Mastix Extra to the inside of the scales or adhesive edges and let the adhesive dry for 15 seconds.
Place the prosthesis back on the skin and press the edges firmly with a tissue.
Use a fine-toothed comb to precisely position the scaly edges.
Smooth the transition to the skin:
Apply a thin line of eyelash glue to a sponge and dab it along the edges of the prosthesis toward the skin.
Dry with a hair dryer until the result is transparent. Repeat until an even transition is achieved.
Blend the transition edges with the makeup you used.
Set the entire area with Grimas Transparent Powder or Fixing Powder and remove any excess powder.
Removal and Cleaning
Removal:
Loosen the adhesive edges with a cotton swab dipped in Grimas Mastix Remover.
Remove any remaining adhesive and makeup with Mastix Remover.
Massage Grimas Multi Remover Pure or Cleansing Cream into the skin and wipe off with a tissue.
Follow up by cleansing the skin with Grimas Cleansing Lotion.
Cleaning the prosthetic:
Wash the latex prosthetic with soap and water.
Dry it (using a hair dryer if necessary) and lightly dust it with Grimas Transparent Powder.
