How long do I have to return something?

The return period is 30 days, upon receipt of your order.

How long will it take to get my money back?

After receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Your return will be processed and refunded within 7 days via the payment option used. If you have returned your entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs for the return postage.

Did you choose to pay afterwards? Then your payment overview will be adjusted. Just keep in mind that you always pay on time, even if you have returned your order.

Not satisfied or received wrong product?

Report the product return through our returns portal. The fastest way to receive the correct product is to order the new product directly.

Can I exchange a product?

Return the product to be exchanged according to our return process and place a new order with the desired product.

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what you can reasonably expect it to do.

Herroepingsrecht

You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or by email). You can use the model withdrawal formfor this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 30 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You are only liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
